When you shop with RISE Card, you shop for a cause. Every dollar of your $50 cost goes to
Talitha Koum’s brain development program.
Are there ID requirements for using the RISE Card?
The name you fill in on your RISE Card will need to match a Driver’s License you show at point of purchase. So, no worries if you buy a card and give it as a gift. You decide the name shown on the RISE Card.
How can I contact Talitha Koum with any questions?
Email: ADizdar@TalithaKoum.org or call 753-1144.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket when I shop those 10 days in November?
No, you will never need to show your ticket. Your RISE Card will be mailed to you close to the time of the merchandise sales period beginning Nov. 4. That way, you won’t have to keep up with it until then!
Will I get my money’s worth?
One thing’s for sure: the children in Talitha Koum’s brain development program will get your money’s worth! Every dollar of your cost for RISE Card helps to cover their therapeutic teachers’ salaries. As for you, once you’ve spent the first $250 dollars using your RISE Card, you’ve broken even. Keep shopping for holiday gifts and your own needs and the rest of your savings is pure gravy.
Can I count this as charitable giving for a tax deduction? Due to the exchange of value RISE Card provides, the price is not tax deductible as a charitable contribution.
